Postage and Delivery
We're offering free standard postage for all NZ orders for a limited time. If you'd like to make an international order, please contact us and we'll calculate the shipping of your item(s) by your chosen delivery method.
While all care is taken Smash Palace Jewellery does not take any
responsibility for lost or undelivered packages.
Returns Policy
We're sure you'll love your Smash Palace jewellery order, but should you wish to return it for any reason please email info@smashpalace.net within 10 days to arrange return details. You will need to pay the return delivery costs.
Please make sure any returned goods are sufficiently packaged to avoid damage and track your postage – if the item goes missing in the post, we will not be able to help you locate it.
